A gravity install, in section. Fall, tank sizing, trench depth and the soil below the trench are what decide whether a system lasts thirty years or fails in five.
WOSA certified installer. We put in new systems, replace failed ones, and handle the excavation, tank set, drainfield and final grade as one job rather than four.
The standard system where the site has the fall and the soil for it. Effluent moves from the tank to the drainfield without a pump, so there is less to maintain and less to fail.
For lots that are flat, tight, high-water-table or otherwise short on natural fall. A pump doses the drainfield evenly, which lets a system work on ground that gravity cannot serve.
A treatment system for sites where the county requires better effluent quality than a conventional tank produces, or where the available drainfield area is limited.
Another approved treatment option we install and set up, often used on small, steep or sensitive parcels near water.
If the ground has to be opened for it, we can do it — new construction, remodels, or tying an existing house into service.
